Ingredients
- 2-3 heads bok choy
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- Optional: honey, ginger, chili flakes, tofu
Cooking Steps
Chop bok choy, slice peppers, mince garlic
Heat sesame oil in wok over high heat
Add garlic, stir-fry 30 seconds
Add vegetables, toss for 2-3 minutes
Add soy sauce, toss to coat
Serve immediately over rice
