- Non-returnable: opened or used products, items with broken seals, consumables (including supplements), tampered or altered items, and change-of-mind returns.
- Returns may only be accepted where a product is defective, damaged on delivery, or the incorrect item was sent — notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Approved resolutions may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at Visionary's discretion.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
