Visionary Cycle Tracking Β· period, fertility & pregnancy tracker
Log your period and how you feel, and Visionary learns your cycle: the phase you're in today, when your next period is likely, and how to train, eat and rest for where you are.
- 4 phases, learned from your own cycles
- 26 symptoms in 4 groups
- Trying to conceive mode
- Weeks 4 to 40 pregnancy guide
- Partner calendar sharing
- Doctor-ready cycle report
- Built for irregular cycles and PCOS
Tap a phase on the ring to explore each one
Complex carbs, magnesium and B6 steady blood sugar and mood as PMS approaches. The cravings are real, not a failure.
Four phases. One picture of you.
The ring is sized to your real cycle, not a textbook 28 days. Each phase comes with what's happening, how your energy tends to move, and what suits it.
- Recover & restore
Menstrual
Days 1 to 5Oestrogen and progesterone are at their lowest as the uterine lining sheds. Energy and pain tolerance dip, so lighter days are well earned.
- Training
- Yoga, walking, light mobility
- Hydration
- +250ml above baseline
- Build & progress
Follicular
Days 6 to 12Rising oestrogen lifts mood, focus and energy as a new egg matures. Recovery improves and you tend to feel your most motivated.
- Training
- Strength, skills, progressive overload
- Hydration
- Standard target
- Peak performance
Ovulation
Days 13 to 15Oestrogen peaks and an egg is released. Strength, confidence and libido are often highest, though joints can feel slightly looser, so warm up well.
- Training
- HIIT, heavy lifts, peak performance
- Hydration
- +500ml above baseline
- Maintain & ease off
Luteal
Days 16 to 29Progesterone rises then falls, which can bring cravings, water retention and lower mood in the final days. A little extra fuel and rest helps.
- Training
- Moderate intensity, pilates, swimming
- Hydration
- +250ml above baseline
How hormones typically move
Drag across the chart to see how oestrogen and progesterone usually rise and fall, and which phase that day falls in. It's a guide to the pattern, not a reading of your own levels.
Illustrative, not measuredSeed cycling, herbal teas and supplements, picked for the phase you're in. Visionary tells you which ones to reach for each day.
- Seed cycling
- Herbal teas
- Supplements
General wellness suggestions, not medical advice. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you're pregnant, trying to conceive or taking medication.
Log it in seconds. It learns from every entry.
Tap a day, tap what's true. After three logged periods Visionary uses your own typical cycle, and it tells you how confident it is.
- Period and spotting
Light, medium or heavy flow, logged in one tap. Your next three periods are predicted on the calendar.
- 26 symptoms, 4 groups
Pain and cramps, digestion, skin and body, mood and mind. Plus cravings, supplements and medication.
- Fertility signs, when you want them
Cervical mucus, LH tests and your morning temperature. Switch off anything you don't track.
- Built for real cycles
Irregular, long or PCOS cycles are learned from, not thrown out. On hormonal birth control, phases are shown as estimates.

Trying to conceive
Trying for a baby? Know your fertile window.*
Set your goal to Trying to conceive and the whole page turns towards it: when your window is likely to open, your highest-chance days, and the signs that help you spot ovulation.
- Your fertile window, day by day. A timeline with your estimated ovulation day, today's chance and a countdown.
- Best days to try. Your three highest-chance days, picked out for you.
- One-tap sign logging. Egg-white mucus, LH tests, morning temperature and when you had sex.
- Your temperature trend. Charted from your own readings once you've logged a few.
- The two-week wait. Gentle guidance on when a test is most reliable.
- A check-in if you need one. If your logged cycles fall outside the typical range, you're offered a conversation with a practitioner.
π‘ Aim to try every 1 to 2 days through your window. You don't need to catch the exact day.

Partner sharing
Keep your partner in the loop, right in their own calendar.

- Nothing for them to sign up to. They tap Add to their calendar, or paste the link into Google or Outlook.
- Only the dates. Never your symptoms, notes or moods.
- Keeps up with you. Their calendar follows your latest predictions as you log.
- Off in one tap. Switch it off and the link stops working.
Anyone with the link can see these dates, so share it only with your partner. In pregnancy mode they see your estimated due date instead.

Recommended check-in
If your cycles look unusual, a practitioner is a tap away.
Visionary keeps an eye on the periods you log. If they fall outside the typical range, a free 15-minute call with a functional health practitioner appears on your cycle page.
It appears when your logged cycles are
- Under 21 dayson average
- Over 35 dayson average
- 7+ days apartbetween your shortest and longest
It only looks at cycles you've actually logged, never your setup answers. It's a prompt to talk to someone, not a diagnosis.
A quick conversation could help
Your logged cycles have varied by 9 days. Phase predictions are estimates while they settle, so it may be worth discussing with a practitioner.

Questions about cycle tracking
Can I use this as contraception?
No. Your fertile window and ovulation day are estimates worked out from your cycle dates, and Cycle Tracking isn't a method of contraception. Please don't rely on it to avoid pregnancy.
My cycles are irregular. Will it still work?
Yes. Visionary learns from the periods you log, uses your typical cycle rather than your average so one unusual month doesn't throw it off, and counts cycles up to 90 days long. It also shows how confident each prediction is, and you can note PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles or perimenopause in your cycle settings.
I'm on hormonal birth control. Is it still useful?
Yes, for logging how you feel across the month. Because hormonal contraception usually pauses ovulation, phases are shown as estimates and fertility predictions are switched off.
Does my training or meal plan change with my cycle?
Your plans stay the same. You get guidance for your phase on your Training, Nutrition and Learn tabs, your daily hydration target adjusts, and Vic takes your phase into account when you ask for advice.
Can I use it in pregnancy?
Yes. Choose "I'm pregnant" and the page switches to week-by-week guidance from week 4 to week 40, with trimester advice and antenatal milestones. It's general guidance and doesn't replace your midwife or doctor.
Who can see my cycle data?
Only you. If you turn on partner sharing, anyone with that calendar link can see your predicted period dates, fertile window and support nudges, so share it only with your partner. You can turn it off at any time.
How much does it cost?
Cycle Tracking is included with every Visionary plan: $14.99 a month for Training, Nutrition or Learn, or $29.99 a month for Visionary Premium. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
