No-Bake Date Energy Balls
Chewy little bites of dates, oats and nut butter — a naturally sweet snack that beats a chocolate bar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
Method

Blend the dates to a paste in a food processor.

Add the oats, nut butter, cocoa, chia and salt; pulse to a sticky dough.

Roll into 12–15 balls.

Chill 30 minutes to firm up.

- Roll in desiccated coconut

- Swap cocoa for cinnamon
Storing & freezing
Fridge up to 2 weeks; freeze 2 months.
