Greek Yogurt Bark
A frozen yogurt slab studded with berries and nuts, snapped into shards — a protein-rich alternative to ice-cream tubs.

Ingredients
- 2 cups thick Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate, melted (optional)
Method
- 1
Mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla.

Spread over a lined tray to about 1cm thick.

Scatter with berries and nuts and drizzle with chocolate.

Freeze 3–4 hours until solid.

Break into shards and serve straight from the freezer.
