Baked Cauliflower Wings
Spicy, sticky cauliflower 'wings' baked crisp then tossed in hot sauce — the plant-based answer to buffalo wings.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, in florets
- ½ cup wholemeal flour
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ⅓ cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Method
- 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- 2
Whisk the flour, water, garlic powder and seasoning into a batter.

Coat the florets, shake off excess, and bake on a lined tray 20 minutes.

Toss with the hot sauce mixed with olive oil.

Bake 10–12 minutes more until sticky and crisp.

Serve with yogurt-herb dip.
