Baked Blueberry Oats
A warm, cake-like baked oatmeal studded with blueberries — meal-prep breakfast that tastes like dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
- Pinch of salt
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Whisk the milk, egg, maple syrup and vanilla, then combine.

Fold in most of the blueberries and pour into a baking dish.

Scatter the rest of the berries and bake 30–35 minutes.

Serve warm with yogurt.
