California Avocado Toast (Homegrown Style)
A refreshing West Coast favorite using fresh avocado, tomato, and basil.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1–2 small tomatoes, sliced
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: chili flakes, olive oil, poached egg, microgreens
