Air-Fryer Garlic-Butter Steak Bites with Herb Garnish

Tender, juicy steak bites infused with garlic and melted butter, perfectly crisped in the air fryer for a sumptuous treat.

Ingredients

  • 500g (1 lb) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method

  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

  2. 2

In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

  3. 3

Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the garlic-butter mixture.

  4. 4

Place the coated steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).

  5. 5

Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.

  6. 6

Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

  7. 7

Enjoy your delicious air-fryer garlic-butter steak bites!
