Probiotic Ginger Lemon Drink

A light, refreshing probiotic drink that gently supports digestion and gut health.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or sugar
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tbsp water kefir liquid or kombucha (as starter culture)
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional, added after fermentation)
