Probiotic Ginger Lemon Drink
A light, refreshing probiotic drink that gently supports digestion and gut health.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp raw honey or sugar
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tbsp water kefir liquid or kombucha (as starter culture)
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional, added after fermentation)
