Baked Cod with Garlic Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cod fillet
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt & pepper

Method

    Place cod on baking tray, season with salt and pepper.

    Top with garlic butter (melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley).

    Bake at 180°C for 12–15 mins. Squeeze lemon over before serving.
