BBQ Bliss Chicken Plate
Succulent BBQ chicken paired with crispy red potatoes and tender broccoli, all cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 500g baby red potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300g broccoli florets
Method

1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

2. In a bowl, toss the halved baby red potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

4. While the potatoes are cooking, coat the chicken thighs with BBQ sauce, ensuring an even coverage.

5. After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, add the BBQ chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

6. After 10 minutes, add the broccoli florets around the chicken and potatoes, then cook for an additional 6 minutes.

7. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then drizzle with additional BBQ sauce before serving. Plate the chicken with potatoes and broccoli.

Storing & freezing
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes.
