Air-Fryer Crispy Tofu Bites with Italian Herb Seasoning
These delightful air-fryer crispy tofu bites are infused with a zesty blend of Italian herbs, perfect for a guilt-free snack or meal addition.
Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)

1. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast until well combined.

3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the tofu cubes and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.

5. Once preheated, place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes.

Storing & freezing
Store any leftover tofu bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes to restore their crispiness.
