Protein Oat Pancakes
Fluffy, satisfying pancakes made with oats and banana instead of white flour and sugar — a breakfast that keeps you full.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Berries & yogurt to serve
Method

Blend the oats, banana, eggs, protein powder, baking powder and milk into a batter.

Cook spoonfuls in a lightly oiled non-stick pan 2 minutes each side.

Stack and top with berries and yogurt.
