    Drive through the handles, keeping your back pressed firmly against the pad. Works chest, shoulders, and triceps.

    Dumbbell Incline Palm In Press

    3 × 10

    Press dumbbells up and slightly together, palms facing each other throughout the movement. Works upper chest and front deltoids.

    Kettlebell Seated Two Arm Military Press

    Press kettlebells overhead with a strict motion, keeping your core braced and back straight. Works shoulders and triceps.
