    Minimal knee bend, hinge at hips.

    Glute Kickback (Cable)

    Kick one leg back on cable.

    Donkey Calf Raise (Machine)

    Bend forward and raise heels.

    Split Squat (Rear Foot Elevated)

    Back foot on bench, squat on front leg.

    Reverse Crunch with Leg Lift

    Curl knees to chest, extend legs upward.
