Shoulder Rolls

Incline Dumbbell Chest Fly
45sOpen and close arms on incline bench. Works upper chest.

Dumbbell Dead Row
45sRow dumbbells with deadlift stance. Engages back and glutes.

Seated Arnold Press
45sPress dumbbells while rotating palms. Trains all deltoid heads.

Dumbbell Hammer Curl to Press
45sCurl and press dumbbells overhead. Combines arms and shoulders.

Overhead Triceps Dumbbell Pulse
45sPulse dumbbell up in overhead position. Targets triceps burn.

Wall Chest Open with Twist
30sPlace hand on wall and rotate torso. Opens chest and anterior delts.

Cross-Body Wrist Pull
30sPull hand across body. Stretches forearm and shoulder.
