    Pull wide bar down to chest.

    Incline Dumbbell Curl

    3 × 10

    Sit on incline bench, curl dumbbells.

    Glute Bridge Walkout

    3 × 10

    Walk heels outward from bridge position.

    Pull-Up (Assisted or Bodyweight)

    3 × 10

    Pull up until chin clears bar.

    Rear Delt Fly (Cable or Dumbbell)

    2 × 12

    Pull weights out to sides for rear delts.

    Dead Bug

    Alternate opposite limbs.

    Plank

    3 × 30

    Hold body straight on forearms.
