Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs (skin-on)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper
Method

Sear chicken thighs skin-side down until crispy, then flip and cook through.
