Gentle Digestive Protein Shake

For sensitive digestion or low-appetite days. Easy on the stomach, warming and soothing with gentle fibre support.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (collagen or plant preferred)
  • ½ banana or cooked apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)

Method

    Blend all ingredients until smooth.

    Serve slightly warm or room temperature if preferred.
