Gentle Digestive Protein Shake
For sensitive digestion or low-appetite days. Easy on the stomach, warming and soothing with gentle fibre support.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (collagen or plant preferred)
- ½ banana or cooked apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)
