Peanut Butter Energy Protein Shake

Sustained energy and satiety with balanced fats and protein. Great pre- or post-workout with a comforting flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or plant milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or seed butter
  • ½ banana (optional)

    Blend until thick and smooth.

    Add water if needed to thin.
