Ingredients

  • 200g flank steak
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method

    Sear steak strips, then remove.

    Stir-fry garlic and broccoli in sesame oil.

    Add steak back in with coconut aminos. Toss and serve.
