Herb-Crusted Salmon with Garlic Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (150–200g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Rub salmon with olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.

    Bake 12–15 mins until cooked through.

    Meanwhile, sauté garlic and spinach in a pan until wilted.
