Full English Breakfast
The classic British fry-up with all the traditional components.
Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 4 rashers bacon
- 4 eggs
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 1 tin baked beans
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
Method

Fry or grill sausages until golden. Add bacon until crisp

Fry mushrooms in butter/oil. Season. Grill tomatoes cut-side up

Warm baked beans in a small saucepan

Cook eggs to preferred style

Toast bread. Serve warm with butter

Storing & freezing
Best served fresh. Cooked elements refrigerate 2 days. Freeze cooked sausages up to 3 months.
