This Privacy Policy explains how The Visionary Platform Ltd collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal data when you access or use the Visionary platform.

1. Scope and Role

This Policy applies to all personal data collected through your use of the Platform, account registration, questionnaires, purchases, support interactions, and automated technologies such as cookies and analytics.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR, and POPIA where relevant), Visionary acts as the data controller. Where third-party service providers process data on our behalf, they act as data processors under our instructions.

Visionary is registered with the United Kingdom Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller under registration reference ZC178414.

2. Information We Collect

  • Personal identification: name, email, account credentials, and similar identifiers you provide.
  • Health, lifestyle, and personalization data: fitness level, goals, dietary preferences, sleep patterns, and other inputs you voluntarily provide.
  • AI interaction and behavioural data: prompts, outputs, feedback, and engagement patterns with AI features.
  • Purchase and transaction data: order history, billing and shipping information. Full payment card details are processed by Stripe / PayPal and not stored by Visionary.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device type, browser, time zone, pages visited, and feature use.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
  • Communications and support content you send to us.
  • Inferred and derived data generated from your use of the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and personalize the Platform, including AI-driven recommendations.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • Process orders, subscriptions, and customer support requests.
  • Communicate service updates, marketing (where permitted), and legal notices.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Visionary does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, fulfilment partners such as Supliful), with authorities where legally required, and in connection with a business transfer.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, analyse usage, and (where permitted) support marketing. Where required, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

The Platform is an adult-oriented service and is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

Consistent with United Kingdom data protection law (the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018) and the Information Commissioner's Office Age Appropriate Design Code, we do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of any person aged sixteen (16) or under, and such individuals must not use the Platform or submit personal data to us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person aged sixteen or under, we will delete it without undue delay.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided us with personal data may contact us at info@thevisionaryplatform.com so that we can remove it.

11. Marketing

Where permitted, we may send marketing communications and personalize them based on your interactions. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
